1. Our Services
Westline Digital builds complimentary preview websites for local home service businesses (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, landscaping, similar trades) using info you provide via our intake form. Upon submission we automatically generate a custom preview website for your business.
2. SMS Messaging Program Terms
Program Description: By checking the SMS consent checkbox and submitting the website preview request form, you opt in to receive SMS messages from Westline Digital regarding your requested website preview, website build progress, and related account updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message Frequency: varies, typically 1–3 messages per project. Cost: Message and data rates may apply — consult your carrier. Opt-Out: Text STOP to the number you received messages from at any time. We’ll confirm opt-out via one final SMS. You won’t receive further messages unless you opt in again. Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact westlinedigitalservices@gmail.com / (312) 586-9939. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Coverage may vary by carrier. 3. No Purchase Necessary
Submitting info and receiving a preview website doesn’t obligate any purchase. Preview sites are free; paid services (full launch, SEO) are optional and clearly priced before purchase.
4. Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current business info. We’re not responsible for errors from inaccurate info you provide.
5. Intellectual Property
Preview websites become property of the requesting business upon payment. Prior to payment they remain Westline Digital property, provided for evaluation only.
6. Limitation of Liability
Services provided "as is" without warranties. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of our site/services.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes = acceptance.
